Fifth Republic Day is being marked all over the country on Monday.
A special function was organised at the Army Pavilion in the capital early morning today to mark the day.
Head of constitutional bodies including President Ram Baran Yadav,
Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, among other leaders, participated at
the function today.
During the programme, the president and the prime minister had sad face.
Meanwhile, the government has announced public holiday to mark the day.
