Eleven student unions affiliated to various political parties protesting against Lokman Singh’s appointment as CIAA chief have called off Thursday’s Valley bandh.
NC-affiliated Nepal Student Union Spokesperson UP Lamichhane said that the strike was called off as it coincided with Mothers’ Day.
