सेनालाई सरकारको जिम्मा दिने रेग्मीको धम्की

भदौ २ । फोटो सहितको मतदाता नामावली एक साता पुन संकलन गर्ने निर्वाचन आयोगको निर्णयसँगै देशभरका जिल्र्ला निर्वाचन कार्यालयमा मतदाताको भिड बढेको छ ।

छुट्ने मतदाताहरुमा निजामति कर्मचारी, विभिन्न दलका नेता तथा कार्यकर्ता र राजनीतिक दलका केहि शीर्ष नेताहरु छन् । यस्तै निर्वाचन गराउनकै लागि गठन भएको अन्तरिम चुनावी मन्त्रिपरिषद्का अध्यक्ष खिलराज रेग्मीमा आमा समेत मतदाता नामावलीमा छुट्नु भएको थियो ।

शनिबारबाट मतदाता नामावली सुरुभएपनि अझै पनि रेग्मीका आमा चित्रकुमारी रेग्मीले नाम दर्ता गराउनु भएको छैन । चुनाव गराउने मुख्य उदेश्य सहित प्रधानमन्त्री भएका रेग्मीको परिवारमा समेत मतदाता छुटेपछि रेग्मी आफैँ मंसिरमा चुनाव हुनेमा विस्वस्त हुन नसकेको टिप्पणी सुरु भएको छ ।

यस्तै मंसिरमा निर्वाचन गराउन नसक्ने स्थीती बलियो बन्दै गएपछि मंसिरसम्म मात्र सरकार चलाउने म्याण्डेट पाएको खिलराज सरकार कसरी त्यसपछि पनि सरकारमै रहने भन्ने गृहकार्यमा जुगेको छ ।

स्रोतका अनुसार गृहमन्त्री माधवप्रसाद घिमिरेको सहयोगमा सरकारमा टिकिरहने रणनीतिमा रेग्मीले आन्तरिक तयारी तिव्र बनाएका छन् ।

यसै प्रयास स्वरुप उनले मंसिरमा निर्वाचन हुन नसकेर सरकार छोड्न परे नेपाली सेनाका सेनापति गौरव शम्सेर जवरासेनाई सरकारको जिम्मा लगाउने भन्दै कांग्रेस, एमाले र माओवादीका दोस्रो तहका केहि नेतालाई बालुवाटारमा बोलाएर धम्क्याएका छन् ।

उनले निर्वाचन नभएसम्म सरकार नछोड्ने र छोड्न बाध्य पारे सेनाको जिम्मा लगायर छोड्ने भन्दै धम्की दिन थालेका हुन् ।

    2. दलीय सरकारबाट निर्दलीय सरकारमा लाने बेला कोही बोल्न नपर्ने, अब सैनिक सरकार बनाउने खीलेको इच्छा पक्कै होइन् यो त नेपाली जनताको इच्छालाई अर्कै राजनैतिक दिशातिर लाने चार दलको चाल हो । केही समय पछि नै चार दलका नालायकी नेताहरुले यो कुरा प्रष्ट पार्नेछन् ।

    6. Yes ! I appreciate the views of the CJ Khilraj Regmi that he is read to handover the regime to the Nepalese Army. To rescue this holy land from an imminent dark future, all patriotic forces, Nepal Army, court and the chief organs of the State must all unite and defend the nation from chaos.Nepal Army (NA) is the most responsible organization on Nepalese sovereignty. From the beginning of the history, NA has done a lot of glorious work for the country. Now Nepal is in dangerous position. After the expiry of the Constituent Assembly, Nepal is currently facing a constitutional vacuum. At a time when the plight of the nation is deteriorating by the day the Nepalese people are happy and hopeful to have Nepal's nationalistic Army.
      The NA, which has been fighting the imperialist forces since the time of late King Prithvi Narayan Shah, understands such subject. We firmly believe – none of the treacherous elements can use NA. NA will not betray the nation and Nepalese people. Now NA will give an outlet to the nation anyhow. Now the NA must be able to capture the state power under the guidelines of 1990 constitution and arrest the traitors that came after 2006 to save the nation. NA does not need any guidance from anyone in such a context when the nation’s existence is at stake. It must move ahead as per law. The only legitimate and official force that could save the nation is NA.
      If the current rulers mandated with the task of saving the nation and providing service to the people resorts to betraying the nation they will receive stern retribution from the state. State constitutes of its permanent organs, which in absence of constitution and cabinet, are activated as per law. For this NA, the court and other state organs, should take initiative to arrest the traitors. The institution that is answerable to all such tradition is NA.
      The term of the Constituent Assembly ended at midnight of 27 May 2012, with failure to promulgate a constitution. This ended the relevance of the presidential Rambaran Yadhav apparatus and all elements formed under the controversial interim constitution of 2006. So, I request the CJ Khilraj Regmi to hand over the regime to Nepal Army to end the crisis and to save Nepalese sovereignty.
