KATHMANDU, JUL 07 – Two persons were sentenced for 11 years each for raping a girl using a fake penis in Sankhuwasabha district.

A single bench of Justice Shaligram Koirala sentenced Lakpa Sherpa, 24, and Sagar Sherpa, 18, after convicting them of raping with a fake phallus made up of rags.

The duo had raped a school girl using a fake phallus tied to the waist on March 5, 2005. District Attorney Krishna Batu Bhandari informed that they have also been slapped a fine of Rs. 50,000 each for the crime.
